Damaged Goods
We accept returns of items up to 30 days from receiving your goods by our carrier. Damaged items can be returned for a refund or replacement, please notify us within 2 days of receiving delivery of your parcel and refuse any delivery if your items parcel unfortunately appears to have been damaged whilst in transit, please be advised that the customer is responsible for checking the contents and condition of the parcel goods upon delivery arrival and informing the courier driver or postman/woman. Contact our sales office on 01978 750983 with your purchase details and purchase invoice order number and our dedicated friendly members of staff and sales team will need to advise and help with how goods must be returned to us.


Unwanted Items
If you wish to return an unwanted item or have simply changed your mind you do have the right to do this within 14 days of receiving your order, under previously Distance Selling Regulations and now under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCIACRs).
